Human Resources
Consult Carr-Gomm are currently developing a human resources service particularly aimed at small supported housing providers who do not have access to specialist human resources advice and support.
The service plans to offer a range of policies and procedure including staff handbooks, training, and a help line service.
Carr-Gomm has recently won a contract to provide a central human resources function for a supported housing provider in London and our new service aims to build upon this success.
