Facts and figures
As a Registered Social Landlord, housing association, registered charity and company, Carr-Gomm is regulated by a number of agencies, including the Tenant Services Authority and the Charity Commission. We are also obliged to report back to our Funders – whether they are statutory, charitable or individuals giving donations.
We collect data about our services to enable us to report back and also to enable us to monitor and evaluate our services. We use this information to make sure we are working to the highest quality and efficiency and to enable us to continuously improve our services.
