Operations Directors
Denise Brown is Operations Director for areas 1-8. Her national portfolio responsibilities include housing management, supported housing, property services and capital development.
Mel Shad is Operations Director for areas 1-8. Her national portfolio responsibilities include health and social care, new business, new markets and marketing services.
Each area, made up of a number of counties or local authorities, is managed by an Operations Manager. Local Services Managers manage a cluster of schemes in a local authority or county.
