A precious performance from the Gemstones…a jewel of a show for Carr-Gomm!
After appearances on television shows, Last Choir Standing and X Factor, acapella group, the Gemstones will be performing carols in aid of Carr-Gomm this Christmas.
The Gemstones will be performing on the following dates:
- Thursday 18th December at 6pm at Whiteleys in Bayswater
- Sunday 21st December from 6pm-10pm at Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park (at the Victorian Bandstand in the middle of the German Christmas Market)
- Tuesday 23rd December from 6pm-10pm at Winter Wonderland
The group of 12 singers was set up by Carr-Gomm staff member, Dorothy Mdoe in January 2008. Since then, the Gemstones have made it to the concert stage of the recent BBC1 show, Last Choir Standing. The group were also selected for the bootcamp during this season’s ITV talent show, X Factor.
Thanks to Dorothy and the rest of the group for giving their support to Carr-Gomm. We’re honoured to have such a talented group raising money on our behalf!
