Safeguarding statement
Carr-Gomm is committed to safeguarding and providing the best services for our clients. To ensure we only employ staff with the necessary attributes for the work our recruitment and selection processes involve a number of rigorous pre-employment checks.
These checks include:
- A Criminal Record Check and in future clearance through the vetting and baring process
- Proof of identification
- Two references from the most recent employers.
Once in employment with Carr-Gomm, staff will be expected work to clear operational policies on safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
